Christopher Hatfield discovered his passion for face-to-face brand representation and customer acquisition after several years in high-end hospitality. Based in Nottingham, he recognised the lack of a clear progression path to a successful career within the hospitality industry and decided it was time for a change.

Investing his time and energy, Christopher transitioned into the role of Acquisitions and Marketing Manager. From Nottingham, he gained invaluable experience working alongside industry-leading marketing firms as an independent consultant. This period marked a significant turning point in his career, allowing him to immerse himself in the Business and Marketing sector while building strong professional connections across the Midlands.

Throughout his journey, Christopher has had the privilege of working with some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the UK. His career has been characterised by intense self-development and a relentless pursuit of excellence. These experiences have shaped him into a formidable leader and a dedicated business coach in Nottingham.

Christopher’s mission is to continue evolving as a leader and mentor, aiming to expand his organisation by nurturing new business partners within the sector. In 2020, he played a pivotal role in launching a telemarketing campaign, consistently earning recognition as a top performer in customer acquisition across various UK sectors. His proficiency in face-to-face customer acquisitions has significantly enhanced his communication skills, further establishing him as an effective coach, mentor, and director.

Looking ahead to 2024, Christopher’s goal is to develop five aspiring Business Partners in Nottingham and beyond, imparting the essential knowledge and skills required to run a successful business, just as he was taught. His vision for 2025 is to expand his organisation throughout the UK, with plans to extend into mainland Europe by 2026, starting with Italy.
